If necessary, it is necessary to install a car detection device tachometer on the car engine.
2. Accelerate the engine from idle to 0.7 rated speed and maintain it for 30 seconds before descending to high idle.
3. Insert the sampling probe into the exhaust pipe at a depth of 400mm and fix it on the exhaust pipe.
4. After 15 seconds, start reading the average value within 30 seconds from the instrument.
5. After the engine drops from high idle speed to idle state for 15 seconds, the instrument reads the average value within 30 seconds.
If there are multiple exhaust pipes, take the average of the measurement results of each exhaust pipe.
2, Precautions for using exhaust gas detection lines:
The sampling system of the automotive testing equipment should not have any leakage.
2. The engine intake system of the inspected vehicle should be equipped with an air filter, and the exhaust system should be equipped with an exhaust muffler without any leakage.
When measuring, the temperature of the engine cooling water and lubricating oil should reach the thermal state specified in the car user manual.
