1. Daily precautions

1) Before starting the inspection, pull out the locking pin on the tabletop. After the inspection is completed, lock the tabletop.

2) Vehicles exceeding the rated load of the test bench are prohibited from driving on the side slide.

3) Do not park vehicles or pile up debris on the sliding platform.

4) Do not allow dirty vehicles to be directly inspected. Instead, clean them first and perform the inspection when there is less water dripping.

5) On rainy days, the vehicle needs to be dewatered, and can only be tested when there is less dripping.

6) It is strictly prohibited to let water enter the side sliding table and keep the sensor dry to ensure its normal operation.

7) To test accuracy, preheat the sensor for 30 minutes.

8) The tire pressure of the vehicle to be tested should comply with the vehicle's factory regulations.

9) During the inspection, it is prohibited for the vehicle to turn or brake on the platform.

10) During the test, it is required to move forward at a constant speed, without turning the direction, and without sudden refueling, draining, or stepping on the clutch, otherwise it will affect the test accuracy.

2. Daily cleaning

The side sliding table should be cleaned daily to remove dirt from the table, gaps, and the ground around the equipment.

Note: The surface of the workbench cannot be wiped with corrosive liquids, and there should be no scratches during the wiping process.

3. Regular maintenance

1) Use for 3 months, check the surface cleanliness of all moving parts of the equipment and clean them.

2) After 6 months of use, in addition to carrying out the work in item 1), it is also necessary to lubricate and lubricate the moving parts inside the bench; Check if the four corners of the load-bearing table are stable. If there is any unevenness in lifting it out of the table, add a gasket under the pulley guide rail to restore stability to the table.

3) After 10 months of use, regular calibration should be conducted according to national standards (the interval between two calibrations should not exceed 12 months).
