The 360-degree panoramic image calibration equipment

The panoramic image system takes the scenery around the vehicle and combines the surrounding scenery into a 360 panorama through the controller, and the display effect is similar to the image taken from the vehicle. The accuracy of panoramic image stitching will directly affect the user experience. Both cameras and vehicles can deviate from the design value during processing and assembly, which can lead to the effect of panoramic images. The calibration of the panoramic image system is to calibration according to the actual vehicle to ensure the effect of panoramic image. The calibration system consists of the calibration master control system, vehicle regulator, calibration board and process lighting equipment.

Lane holding system

Lane keeping assistance system is one kind of intelligent driver assistance system. It can control the control and coordination system on the brakes based on the lane departure warning system (LDWS).

Support a vehicle in the lane with a camera to identify the lane.

If the vehicle approaches the identified marker line and may leave the driving lane, then the vibration of the steering wheel, or sound, will be brought to the driver's attention.

If the lane keeping assist system identifies the marking lines on either side of the lane, the system is on standby. This is displayed through the green indicator light in the combined instrument cluster.

When the system is on standby, if the turn signal is played before crossing the marker line, the warning signal is blocked and the driver is identified as a conscious lane change.
