1. Composed of robot hood opening station, car headlight adjustment station, and toe in adjustment station, each station works synchronously without interfering with each other, minimizing working hours and improving efficiency.
2. The hood opening station is implemented by a suspended six axis robot equipped with a hood opening tool at the end.
3. The car headlight adjustment station is composed of four collaborative robots equipped with headlight adjustment adaptation head fixtures at the end, which are respectively located on both sides of the car's left and right headlights for implementation.
4. The car toe in adjustment station is composed of four six axis robots equipped with dedicated adjustment tools at the end and one collaborative robot equipped with a steering wheel horizontal adjustment device at the end, each distributed below the four-wheel position of the car and outside the driver's cab for implementation.
