The Use Method And Use Requirements Of Automobile Testing Equipment
Jan 20, 2024
Anti-rock testing by automotive inspection equipment involves firing gravel or other media into the test sample with compressed air to simulate the effect of gravel on the coating layer or other automotive parts on the road. It is used to test the following conditions: adhesion failure of top paint, adhesion failure of different layers of paint, system brittleness of hard transparent materials, film thickness of chip resistors, resistance to cutting and wear of plastics and glass. The equipment consists of a gun assembly, a collision box, a sample device fixture, a feeding funnel device, a vibrator, an electric control system and an air compressor unit. Each part is a standard part, can be combined and assembled with the use, disassembly, convenient and practical, can meet all the main automotive material stripping test.
Principle: Automotive inspection equipment is based on a modular design, which consists of a basic device and a variety of optional modular components. The base device is common to all test methods. It is composed of an air storage, a vibration feed hopper, a nozzle frame and a control box. Depending on the test program to be run, the user can select the appropriate modules and connect them to the underlying device.
What are the car detection equipment
1, maintenance equipment: lifting machine, etc.;
2, detection, analysis equipment: detection line, exhaust gas analyzer, decoder, light instrument, oscilloscope, refrigerant filler, smoke meter, endoscope, etc.;
3, wheels, braking equipment: dynamic balance, tire removal machine, four wheel positioning instrument, etc.;
4, sheet metal painting equipment: body correction table, paint room, grinding system, body system, etc.
Method of using vehicle detection equipment
1, select the appropriate fault detection connector, the connector first connected to the decoder connection line.
2. Then connect the connector to the fault diagnosis seat of the car, and then connect the working power cord of the decoder to the cigarette lighter (the diagnostic seat with its own power supply can be exempted from this).
3, the vehicle ignition switch is turned to ON, then the screen displays the menu, and we can select a specific sub-menu according to the items we need to check.
4, after selection, the name of the fault part may be read through the screen on the decoder, and multiple faults will be displayed on the screen at the same time.
5, note that the name of the fault only represents the part of the circuit in which it is located, not this part.
6, fault code: the previous program and extract the fault code is the same, only select the fault code when selecting the submenu, and select the question and answer through the dialog box.
The requirements that the vehicle testing site should meet
1. Obvious display devices should be installed in the waiting area to provide customers with information services.
(2) The testing site should be rationally arranged within a region, and the location of the testing station should be in a convenient location to facilitate vehicle detection. The testing site shall comply with relevant environmental protection laws, regulations and standards, and shall avoid adverse effects on the surrounding environment.
3, the testing site is generally composed of testing workshops, reception areas and outdoor car roads.
4. The customer waiting area and the test area in the test site should be set up separately and clearly marked.
5, the test site should be set up the vehicle limit device.
6. The detection station complies with relevant regulations. Fire protection equipment should be provided.
7. For the inspection line of heavy vehicle testing, the passing height of the test plant should not be less than 4.5 meters; The passing height of the inspection line for light vehicle testing shall not be less than 3.5 meters; The width of the motor vehicle lane entering the test building shall not be less than 5 meters.
8, the testing site should have testing procedure noticeboards and charge noticeboards, the site should be hard ground and smooth, set up obvious guidance signs.
9, the test site should be installed ventilation system to prevent the accumulation of motor vehicle exhaust, should be equipped with noise pollution prevention measures. The ambient temperature should meet the requirements of the relevant testing standards and the normal operation of the testing equipment.
10, the test equipment and test vehicles around the operation of protective devices and personnel normal work space.
11. Communication facilities for information exchange between driving operators and detection system operators should be set up. An emergency button should be installed at the appropriate location to alert the driver operator to stop the test and turn off the test power.
