Common Faults And Troubleshooting Methods Of Automotive Chassis Dynamometer

1, The car did not get on, and the light screen indicated that it was in place

This fault is usually caused by the photoelectric switch not being aligned on the same line. Observing the photoelectric switches on both sides of the dynamometer, it should be on one side and not on the other. Align the non lit side with the other side on the same line to troubleshoot. If the red indicator lights on both photoelectric switches do not light up, check if the power supply of the photoelectric switch is normal. For specific methods, please refer to the photoelectric switch failure

2, After the car has driven, there is no prompt to reach the correct position and the cylinder does not descend

This fault is usually caused by the malfunction of the photoelectric switch. At this time, you can manually block the photoelectric switch and observe whether the axle load in place signal indicator light in the computer is on. Under normal circumstances, it should be on after blocking. If it is not on, please follow the steps in the attached photoelectric switch fault description for troubleshooting.

3, The automatic gear wheel does not move when the front wheel drive vehicle is in place

1. Is the power supply to the gear motor supplied,

2. Is the protection stroke switch for cylinder lowering normal

3. Check if the blocking wheel and drum are stuck.

4. Is the thermal relay protected.

4, After driving onto the dynamometer, the light screen indicates that it is in place but the cylinder does not descend

At this time, you can manually turn the manual control button next to the solenoid valve (should be in the case of power outage) to see if it can be lifted normally;

Still not possible: indicating that the fault is in the air circuit, check if the air pump is turned on and if there is any blockage in the ventilation pipeline;

Normal operation: It indicates that there is no fault in the air circuit, and the fault point should be in the circuit control. Please refer to the appendix for the working principle and troubleshooting methods of the switch quantity control section to troubleshoot

Note: In northern regions, due to cold winter weather, if there is accumulated water in the trachea, it will freeze and block the pipeline. Pay attention to thawing.

5, No eddy currents added during the testing process

Checked the circuit and found that the manual control box was set to manual gear. After shifting to automatic gear, the fault was resolved

6, One eddy current air switch tripped

Short circuit found on vortex flow line 134135. After measuring the 401135 on the thyristor again, it was found that it was continuously connected, and then measuring the secondary transistor on the thyristor again, it was found that the secondary transistor was damaged and replaced with a new one.
