1. Using the real ABS/EBD brake system entity as the carrier, a detailed presentation of the ABS brake platform system architecture is presented.
2. Drive the front and rear wheels to rotate by a three-phase asynchronous motor, and simulate vehicle driving through simulation. When the emergency brake pedal is pressed, the ABS/EBD system starts to move, and the front, rear, left, and right brake discs maintain a slight rotation. The brake pedal can feel continuous bouncing, realistically demonstrating the comprehensive working steps of the ABS/EBD in a car.
3. The drum shaft is driven by a three-phase motor to rotate, simulating the vehicle's movement. When the emergency brake pedal is pressed, the ABS system starts to move, and the front, rear, left, and right brake discs maintain a slight rotation. The brake pedal can feel continuous bouncing, realistically simulating the ABS/comprehensive work steps of the car.
On the panel of the training platform, there are colored UV flat panel spray painted circuit diagrams and hydraulic pipeline diagrams. Students can visually compare the circuit diagrams and ABS brake system entities to understand and analyze the working principle of the automatic control system.
