Description
This is a dual-axle roller reaction brake test bench constructed with high-strength steel and anti-slip rollers, ensuring strong load capacity and durability for passenger cars, light trucks and heavy vehicles. Equipped with high-precision force sensors and variable frequency motors, the rollers provide stable speed and realistic road simulation, enabling simultaneous braking performance testing on all four wheels of front and rear axles for maximum efficiency.
The system automatically measures and calculates: maximum braking force per wheel, brake force balance difference, axle/wheel weight, rolling resistance, parking brake force and brake coordination time. It automatically judges pass/fail and generates test reports. It supports in-depth diagnosis of ABS/ESP/ESC/EPB systems, including wheel speed sensor signal quality, solenoid valve dynamic testing, and DTC reading/clearing, compatible with most electronic brake systems.
Fully compliant with GB7258 and GB/T13564 national standards, test data is accurate and traceable. It can connect with inspection line host systems for real-time data upload, remote monitoring and management.
