Description
This integrated roller test bench adopts an integrated architecture, combining an eddy current power absorption unit, high-precision roller set, intelligent control system and safety protection module. One piece of equipment covers the core functions of traditional chassis dynamometer, brake tester and speedometer tester, greatly reducing equipment investment and space occupation. The main body is integrally welded with thickened steel plates and equipped with high-strength crossbeams, featuring strong load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance, suitable for 2-16 ton vehicles. The core rollers undergo precision dynamic balancing and wear-resistant coating treatment with knurled anti-slip surface, ensuring no vibration during testing, small tire wear and guaranteeing data repeatability and stability.
Equipped with a dual-axis independent eddy current loading system, it supports 0-160km/h wide-range vehicle speed simulation and can accurately simulate complex road conditions such as urban congestion, high-speed cruising and climbing. Built-in high-precision torque/speed sensors, combined with PLC intelligent control, realize multi-mode operation such as constant speed, constant torque and constant power, meeting diverse needs such as power performance test, braking efficiency evaluation and ABS/ESP function verification. It is compatible with sedans, SUVs, trucks, buses and new energy (pure electric/hybrid) vehicles, supporting 2WD and 4WD (full-time/part-time) vehicle testing with adjustable wheel track of 1400-1700mm, covering all vehicle models.
Equipped with a 24-inch high-definition touch control console, it features a visualized and user-friendly operation interface, supporting one-click test start, real-time multi-parameter display, automatic data storage and traceability. It can be linked with emission analyzers and fuel consumption meters to synchronously collect exhaust data and fuel consumption, generate compliant test reports and support data network upload and remote management. Standard equipped with pneumatic lifting device (for easy vehicle access), anti-slip rollers, emergency braking system and safety guardrails to ensure test safety throughout the process. With low noise and vibration during operation, it adapts to complex workshop environments and strictly complies with national standards such as GB7258-2017 and GB/T13563-2007, making it an efficient, versatile and cost-effective core testing equipment in the auto maintenance industry.
