The structure of the test bench is mainly composed of a bracket, a large mobile base, a moving guide rail, a basic frame, a motor, a reduction wheel, a hub assembly, a pneumatic lifting device, a speed sensor, a displacement sensor, a frequency converter and other components.The drum test bench uses the electric inertia to simulate the kinetic energy of the vehicle on the road, and can withstand the load of the vehicle at the maximum acceleration and deceleration. It has the following functions: Braking force inspection (including the function of the brake table) display result summary and braking force curve, vehicle offline ABS/ESC/EPB test, display result summary and process curve, upshift/reverse performance test, coasting dynamic braking performance test (optional test items), speedometer test, sound level test (integrated), electric vehicle energy recovery test, air conditioning temperature test (integrated), brake pedal force and manual operation force test (optional test items)
Description
The test bench mainly consists of a support bracket, heavy-duty mobile base, linear motion guide rail, base frame, motor, reduction gear, hub assembly, pneumatic lifting unit, speed sensor, displacement sensor and frequency converter. Adopting electric inertia simulation technology, the roller test bench replicates the road kinetic energy of actual vehicles and is capable of bearing vehicle loads under maximum acceleration and deceleration conditions. The roller assembly is precisely processed with excellent dynamic balance performance.
The equipment integrates multiple testing functions: dynamic drive braking force testing, reverse performance testing, and acceleration performance testing. It also supports automatic transmission detection and diagnosis, enabling communication with vehicle ECU in compliance with standard test specifications. In terms of safety design, a roller safety protection device is fitted at the rear of the rear roller set to avoid vehicle deviation from the test bench during operation. Pneumatic lifting devices are installed between each pair of rollers to facilitate vehicle entry and exit.
Additionally, it realizes comprehensive inspection items including braking force detection with result summary and braking force curve display, off-line ABS/ESC/EPB testing with data summary and process curve output, gear shifting and reverse performance testing, as well as optional items such as coasting dynamic braking performance test. It is also equipped with speedometer calibration, integrated noise level test, new energy vehicle energy recovery test, integrated air conditioning temperature test, and optional brake pedal force and manual operating force test functions.
