1, Operating steps for brake detection platform:

1. Turn on the switch power of the main control in the testing room and turn on the instrument power;

2. Open the main computer, double-click on the device management program on the desktop, and check the communication status of the device. After normal operation, the vehicle should be driven straight in the center, with the test wheel parked between the front and rear rolling tables, and the transmission kept in neutral.

3. Lower the free drum elevator, start the motor, hold for a period of time, and measure the blocking force.

4. The display screen indicates that after stepping on the brake, the inspector gently presses the brake pedal to the bottom and measures the entire process value of the left and right wheel braking growth; If parking, tighten the parking brake control device and measure the parking brake force value.

5. The motor stops, the elevator rises, and the measured wheels leave.

6. Test other axes according to the above procedure.

7. Remove the pedal dynamometer and leave the vehicle.

8. Turn off the main control power and instrument power after use;

2, Precautions for brake testing station:

When the car passes through the inspection platform, the surface of the drum on the inspection platform should be clean, free of foreign objects and oil stains, and the instrument should be reset to zero. The tire pressure and tread depth of the vehicle meet the standards, and the tread is clean. The pedal force tester is installed on the brake pedal;

When entering the inspection platform, the vehicle must be perpendicular to the platform, and the tires must not contain mud, sand, and other debris.

3. Do not turn the steering wheel during measurement and control.

In the brake testing bench test, if the wheels are locked on the drum and the braking force does not meet the requirements, road tests or other methods can be used for the test.
