How to maintain the dynamic four-wheel alignment instrument
Jan 06, 2024
With the development and innovation of the automotive industry and related industries, traditional dynamic four-wheel alignment devices can no longer meet the needs of the public. Among them, the maintenance of dynamic four-wheel aligners often needs to start with details, because details often determine the success or failure of a thing, and for four-wheel aligners, it is no exception. Its details often affect its service life. As a product of the times, dynamic four-wheel alignment is a good thing for those who have cars, but we still need to start with details when it comes to maintenance.
1. Electrical safety of equipment
It is recommended that users of dynamic positioning equipment be equipped with a small voltage regulator to achieve voltage stability, reduce and ensure the loss of electronic components in the equipment; If there is a frequent power outage issue at Zun Chu, for the sake of data security, it is recommended to configure a UPS power supply for the computer.
2. Dust and waterproof treatment of the main components of the equipment
Due to the precise components of the dynamic positioning device, waterproofing and moisture prevention are particularly important. At the same time, the accumulation of dust inside the computer may also cause slow response, inability to power on, blue screen and other malfunctions. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in dust-proof treatment for the above components, and promptly close the chassis door panel after using the positioning device.
3. Maintenance precautions for dynamic target disk and rack
After use, the target disk should be promptly returned to the chassis and wiped with a soft dry cloth to avoid surface scratches. If there is severe wear on the top of the hanger, it must be replaced to avoid scratching the wheel rim; Regularly apply lubricating grease to the suspension screw and sliding rod to ensure their flexibility.
4. Overall requirements for the working environment of the equipment
Pay attention to the temperature and humidity of the environment: The ideal working temperature for a computer is 5 ℃ -35 ℃. If the humidity is too low or too high, it can easily cause abnormal startup and frequent crashes. The ideal working humidity is 30% -80%. Excessive humidity can easily cause short circuits, while low humidity can easily generate static electricity, and proper ventilation and heat dissipation measures should be taken.
