Description

Different from conventional contact and 3D target-type wheel aligners, our non-contact laser four-wheel alignment system applies mature structured light laser triangulation ranging algorithm and AI real-time image compensation technology as core technical support. The equipment's top-mounted laser emitter projects dense cross laser grids onto tire and wheel hub surface; high-definition industrial cameras installed on both sides synchronously collect laser deformation graphics formed on wheel surface, then the built-in industrial host calculates real three-dimensional space coordinate of each wheel through independent R&D operation algorithm, reconstructing complete digital 3D model of four wheels and whole vehicle chassis automatically without any manual auxiliary operation or vehicle pushing. The built-in dynamic error correction module can automatically compensate data deviation caused by ground unevenness, vehicle slight suspension sinking and ambient stray strong light interference, realizing micron-level repeated measurement accuracy and greatly improving data stability compared with traditional alignment equipment.
