Dynamic Performance Test Equipment
There are kinetic energy and driving resistance in the movement of the car. The so-called simulation of the working conditions of the car in various roads is to simulate the inertia of the car or kinetic energy through the inertia simulation device of the electric chassis dynamometer, simulate the driving resistance through the power absorption device, and use the roller with adhesion to simulate the road surface of the car. All preparations must be made before testing, including site, power supply, etc. When the equipment is in the normal operation state, the lift is in the lifting state, the tested vehicle is driven on the dynamometer bench, the drive shaft is stopped on the lift, and the wheel is stopped in the center of the cylinder. Put down the lift, so that the wheel falls on the drum, the vehicle runs slowly, check whether the vehicle has a deviation phenomenon, if there is a deviation phenomenon, raise the lifting beam, adjust the position of the vehicle until there is no deviation phenomenon. When the inspected vehicle is running on the drum, the surface linear speed of the drum is equal to the driving speed of the vehicle, and drives the inertia simulator flywheel group to rotate, generating the moment of inertia. The speed of the drum is detected by the speed sensor installed on the rolling shaft and converted into the speed of the vehicle. The main drum group is connected with the eddy current power absorber, and the resistance equal to and opposite to the driving force of the vehicle is generated by applying the exciting current to the eddy current machine. The resistance is balanced by the force sensor installed on the arm of the eddy current machine, and the force sensor is converted into an electrical signal and output to the computer for processing and control. The above is the working principle of the electric chassis dynamometer, now you understand it, if you have any questions, please call the company for consultation.
Description
The comprehensive drum test bench performs speedometer detection, dynamic driving test, gear detection, acceleration performance, body stability performance, ABS/ESC test and other functions on front wheel drive, rear wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles with axle weight less than 2000kg when rolling off the production line at the factory.
The details are as follows:
Speedometer indication error test: When the indicating value of the vehicle speedometer (V1) is 40 km/h, the speed measurement value of the test bench is qualified in the range of 32.8 km/h ~ 40 km/h.
Dynamic driving brake force test: the car drives the drum. When the speed of the car reaches 80 km/h (the speed can be set by the user), brake until the car stops, and measure the dynamic driving braking force during the deceleration process.
Astern test test (open or close as required).
Acceleration performance (on or off as required)
Automatic transmission testing and diagnostics, communication with the automotive ECU, according to test specifications (open or close as required).
The test bench is composed of the whole steel structure of the equipment, calibration device, drum system (fixed drum group, moving drum group), drum group spacing (wheelbase) adjustment system, side guide device, motor drive control system, signal acquisition, data processing, vehicle test communication device, PLC control system and display part.
A safety drum protection device is installed at the rear of the rear drum group to prevent the vehicle from running out of the test stand during the test. In order to facilitate vehicle access to the test bench, a pneumatic lift is installed in the middle of each pair of rollers.
The moving device of the drum group is a servo motor, and the wheelbase moving range is 2200-3200mm (the moving range can be adjusted according to user needs), which is suitable for front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, etc. The wheelbase is 1400-1800mm, and the four wheels can be controlled and operated independently, and can also be operated synchronously.
The drum test bench uses the electric inertia to simulate the kinetic energy of the vehicle on the road, and can withstand the load of the vehicle at the maximum acceleration and deceleration. Rotary drum warp good dynamic balance.
