ABS Brake Pads

It is inevitable for ABS brake pads to malfunction during use, but their occurrence rate can be reduced. This means that ABS brake pads should be regularly repaired, which can extend their service life and improve the accuracy of test data. Shandong Zhengneng Technology personnel will introduce the precautions for daily use of ABS brake pads: Firstly, check if the position switch is functioning properly. If there is no control voltage and most of the connecting circuits are open, re solder the connecting wires from the power supply to the switch. Check if the contactor is damaged. Secondly, check the motor of the high-speed ABS brake test bench's moving beam, whether the position switch is open or short circuited. If there is a problem, replace or disassemble the controller, then weld, clean, and dry it; When measuring the DC resistance of an electric motor, check whether the three-phase voltage of the motor is broken due to oil contamination, and then measure whether there is a phase difference in the DC resistance of the motor. Thirdly, check if the power indicator light is functioning properly. Check if the power supply voltage is normal and if the fuse is disconnected; Check if the switch is in good contact; Check if the contact of the contactor is normal@ Check if the coil is engaged; Check if the power transformer has output and observe if the indicator light is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it; Check if the transformer is damaged, and if damaged, replace or rewire it.
